KUNDALINI ACTIVATION What Is Kundalini Energy? Kundalini is a Sanskrit term meaning “coiled” or “coiled serpent.” It refers to the life force energy believed to rest dormant at the root chakra (Muladhara). When awakened, this energy begins to rise through the body and is associated with spiritual awakening and inner transformation. In many spiritual traditions, Kundalini is considered sacred and connected to Shakti, the divine feminine force representing the creative flow of life and inner guidance. Kundalini energy can be understood as the expression of the divine potential that exists within every human being. What Is Kundalini Activation? Kundalini Activation is an energy transmission practice that supports the natural awakening of life force energy. During the session, participants lie down on a mat, close their eyes, and surrender to the process while listening to specially selected music. As facilitators, we support the process through intuitive and energetic touch, allowing energy to move according to the individual’s readiness. The intention is to stimulate the chakras and support a balanced flow of energy. Each experience is unique. Some people may experience spontaneous body movements, emotional release, or a deep sense of peace and inner clarity. The process is not about forcing an outcome, but about allowing the individual’s inner intelligence to guide the experience.
